Ethical Aspects of Organ Transplantation Medicine.

Organ transplantation in terms of medical ethics must be performed if indicated and every physician must be sincere and to use all the knowledge and skills for the benefit of patients. It should be noted in the act of transplantation is the determination of when dead person will be taken organya, conducted by two doctors who did not nothing to do with the medical doctors who perform transplants for more objective results.


Transplantation is a last-ditch effort to help a patient with failure of one of the functions of organs. medical ethics in terms of this act shall be performed if indicated, based on the Code of Medical Ethics Indonesia (KODEKI) (Arifin, 2009), namely:
 
Article 2.
A physician should always perform their profession according to the highest measure.
 
Article 10.
Each physician should always remember and obligation to protect human life.
 
Article 11.
Each physician must be sincere and to use all the knowledge and skills for the benefit of patients.
The articles about the transplant in the PP. 18 in 1981, essentially has covered aspects of ethics, the prohibition peddle copies of the tool or tissue for transplant purposes or ask for material compensation.
